So so grateful

I highly recommend any writing class with her!
I did a four-day writing retreat with Maureen Muldoon last fall and was so inspired by her hilarious, insightful, and straightforward approach to the curriculum. She encouraged us to start with simple building blocks based on “The Hero’s Journey” in that particular workshop and ultimately brought out the best in everyone present as our stories and writing unfolded over the four days. I left that program so lit up about writing and as a result have been working on a memoir, something I would never have done without this inspiration. I highly recommend any writing class with her! – Michele Philp
Write On meets via Zoom Monday mornings at 10 am CT and Monday evenings at 7 pm CT. Each member decides which time option works best for them. We have a Write On Facebook group where we post prompts and additional inspiration. LINK to sign up.
This virtual class will support you in unearthing your personal stories and gain greater confidence as a writer. There are many other benefits to joining our writing community. Some come for the creative expression, some for the connection, and others show up to take a deep intimate peek into their internal landscape. We believe that writing is a powerful spiritual tool for self-examination that has been radically successful in helping to heal old stories and patterns, as well as reveal clarity around your life purpose. Write on is a powerful investment in having greater confidence in your voice and commitment to your craft. “Those who hold the pen hold the power.”
TIME
Monday 10-11:30 am CT or Monday 7 pm -9 pm CT
The class includes writing prompts and exercises to uncover the blocks and pitfalls that prevent a story from singing. Through the use of the hero’s journey, we explore the more profound meanings and messages that will support you in telling a powerful personal narrative. We cover finding your audience, creating your platform, gathering testimonials, the value of your wisdom, and how to create opportunities to share your work.

Maureen Muldoon is a writing shaman.
Maureen Muldoon is a writing shaman. She has a way of going right into the heart of your story, your uncertainties, your wounds, finds the story under the story that you may have been avoiding. She helps you share, heal, and make art out of it all. I have taught writing for decades, been in many writing workshops, and ran them myself, but nobody does what Maureen does. Just today, we talked about one of my most disturbing experiences, one I intended to keep repressing, let alone write about. Before she was done, we were both laughing in total joy at what it is to be human in all our messiness. And the writing is flowing. If you have the slightest inkling to write, join Maureen; you’ll become a better writer and person. She’s magic. -Elizabeth Keats
